VIVO, a family-run and privately owned company, operates over 80 salons across New Zealand, employing 650 staff with the support of regional managers. Guided by their core philosophies—Grow It, Love It, and Own It—VIVO delivers salon excellence while tailoring services to local market needs. With more job seekers starting their career search online, VIVO sought to modernize their careers page to better attract and engage potential stylists.
LOGIC1 was tasked with reimagining the careers page, focusing on enhancing user experience (UX), optimising written content, and creating a more intuitive application process. These updates aimed to increase stylist submissions and effectively capture the essence of VIVO’s culture to leave a lasting impression on prospective employees.
