After almost 8 years spent in senior digital agency roles across the globe. His primary focus is on developing tracking strategies, aligned with clients’ objectives.
At LOGIC1 James is seen as a mentor and advocate for all things data, as he often encourages clients to broaden their tracking horizons;
His day-to-day responsibilities include quality control and accuracy of reported data, expansion of reporting methodologies and research of new solutions, which allow for mergers of Google Analytics with other tools and platforms.

Gints joined LOGIC1 in August 2016 as a technical specialist, having previously worked in a number of financial institutions in Latvia; Gints’s strength lies in his technical abilities and to-date he has been responsible for majority of advanced tracking solutions through Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager; His previous experience in web development gives him the knowledge and confidence in the use of frontend programming languages, i.e. HTML, JavaScript, CSS.

Niamh comes from a background of marketing, social media planning and content. Over the years, she has worked across several industries in Ireland including insurance, law, recruitment, arts, and publishing.
Having recently qualified with a Professional Diploma in User Experience Design from UX Design Institute and Glasgow Caledonian University, Niamh will be working with the LOGIC1 team in the areas of SEO, UX Design and content creation.

Steve joined Logic1 in late 2021, bringing with him 15 years’ experience both running large scale ecommerce stores and as a developer, with time spent freelancing and with agencies in the UK, France, and New Zealand.
Steve has a broad range of technology and dev language expertise including being a WordPress and WooCommerce core contributor, many years of NetSuite/SuiteScript experience and over 10 years as a Shopify partner. Most recently before joining Logic1 he was head of technology for 5 years at a large international brand, delivering ERP projects, 3rd party API system integrations, and owning internal reporting & analytics (Power BI).
